Before watercolor became my daily rhythm, I spent years as an architect and interior designer creating spaces that shaped lives. My artwork is rooted in the same love of design and detail but with a softer, more personal touch. Each piece is a celebration of the places and moments that make us who we are.

Whether it's a beloved family home, a first house, or a meaningful gift, I’d be honored to turn your special space into a timeless keepsake. My process is simple, my turnaround is quick, and every piece is made with care. Ready to create something meaningful together? Let’s get started.

  • "So happy with my purchase! We wanted something that would remind us of our first home, and it is perfect. Every specification we asked for was met, and the quality is great. Can’t wait to hang it on the wall!"

    —Drew

  • "I honestly teared up when I opened the package. The painting captured every little detail of my childhood home—even the lilac bush my mom planted years ago. It’s more than just a picture; it feels like a piece of our family’s story. The colors are so soft and beautiful, and you can tell how much love went into every brushstroke. This is something I’ll treasure forever. Thank you for creating such a meaningful keepsake for us!"

  • I’m very intentional about what goes in my home, and Tess is very intentional about the art she creates. The “something is on its way”/“your order has been shipped” emails always make me so happy. The prints are perfect for happy mail or to frame and display around the house. They’re one of the first things people see when they walk in and are always highly complimented. I love that I get to support a mom using her talents to create art!

  • I ordered a watercolor bouquet for Mother’s Day, and my mom (and entire family) loved it! My sisters sat around looking at which flowers represented them.

  • Absolutely wonderful to work with! The watercolor floral corner element was beautifully painted and perfectly captured the vision. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality artwork and exceptional service!

Meet Tess

I’m Tess Rieger — the artist behind Tess Rieger Illustrations. I live in Monroe, Georgia, and what started as small watercolor paintings for friends and family has grown into a business that means so much to me.

This all began over 6 years ago as a tiny seed and while it may look, it’s been a journey of learning, stretching, and trusting God with something I felt called to build. I knew I loved creating but I had no idea how to turn that into a business.

At the heart of it all, my work has always been about something deeper: Capturing the places and moments that shape us, creating pieces that feel personal and lasting, and bringing beauty and joy into everyday life

I’m so grateful I get to do this and even more grateful that you’re here.
